Healthy 5 minute lunch idea: wraps to go
Should I or shouldn’t I make lunch today? One of the questions I ask myself in the early mornings. Packing a healthy lunch will keep you from getting enticed by unhealthy food, plus it’s probably cheaper than buying lunch elsewhere. BONUS! Here are 2 wrap recipes for a healthy lunch on-the-go in less than 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat wraps
- hummus
- arugula salad
- pepper
- goat cheese
- strawberries
Recipe for wrap number 1:
- Take a whole wheat wrap and spread hummus all over it.
- Season it with pepper to taste.
- Add some arugula salad.
- Roll it and put it in a box. I found a box with a cooling element so it will keep your lunch fresh for several hours.
Recipe for wrap number 2:
- Take a whole wheat wrap and spread goat cheese all over it.
- Add some arugula salad.
- Top it off with slices of strawberries. This will give a sweet and refreshing taste to the wrap.
- Roll it, box it and enjoy it!
